The Our Lady’s Assumption School Canteen strives to offer healthy choices using the ‘Star Choice Policy and Traffic Light System’, an initiative of the West Australian Government to help address the issue of child obesity.
Food Rating Guide
G – Green – Food that can be eaten all the time
A – Amber – “Sometimes” Food
R – Red – Unhealthy Food -not recommended
The Canteen service is available for lunch orders and refreshments on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Lunch order bags should be neatly marked with the child’s name, class, order and amount of money enclosed and ordered at the canteen between 8.15 am and 8:50 am.
