Welcome to our OLA’s OSHC.

Service
We provide Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care, as well as all day care during Pupil Free Days. OLA OSHC will be commencing Term 3, the week beginning 22 July 2019.

Our Before School Care service opens at 7 am and our OSHC educators will take Kindy, Pre-Primary, Year 1 and Year 2 children to their classes before the commencement of classes. This session is $20 per child.

After School Care operates from 3 pm to 6 pm and our educators collect Kindy, Pre-Primary, Year 1 and Year 2 children from their classrooms each afternoon. We provide afternoon tea to the children including fruit and water available throughout the afternoon. The 3 pm until 6 pm session is $30 per child.

Vacation Care days will open from 7 am to 6 pm we will provide morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. Each theme day is $75 per child (not including incursions or excursions), before any Centrelink Subsidy has been applied.

Bookings
Children may attend our service from the 1st of January the year that they enter Kindy at the school. Unfortunately, we are unable to take children who attend Pre-Kindy classes.

If you require an enrolment form, please email oshc@ola.wa.edu.au and one will be sent to you. Please note to accept the enrolment form the following forms and documents must be included; a completed direct debit form, a birth certificate must be sighted for each child and a current up to date immunisation record for each child (this is found on the MyGov website under the Medicare Section). Should your child have allergies or medical requirements, a Health Care Plan form will also be required to be completed.

Upon enrolment, parents will be provided with a security card to gain access to the OLA OSHC outside of school hours via the gates on Chester Avenue.

If you would like your child to attend the vacation care program you will also need to complete a vacation care booking form (confirming your days). This program will come out before the start of each holiday period and bookings are made on a first come first served basis.

Staff
Nicole Leach is the OSHC Nominated Supervisor. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Social Science with a major in Children and Family Studies.

We are currently in the process of recruiting staff, and will provide an update of the newly employed staff when appointed.
